The road to the top of the mountain still has too much snow, so we went to the lower launch 9600' msl. There is a small bailout LZ at about an 8:1 glide, and a closer bailout called the 'impact zone'. The favored LZ is at the Green Mountain reservoir out front.
It wasn't easy, but everyone got up and enjoyed some evening soaring. I spent most of my flight at 12.5k msl and made it just past 13k over the LZ.
I expected smoother air, so I flew with my camera and took a few pix:
