10K Cloudbase 5/6

On the way home from work I tuned into the BWI Airport AWOS as I sometimes do. I had seen a passenger plane way high and the clouds seemed quite far above the plane. The AWOS reported base at 10K. Why wasn't today Sunday? :cry:
